I accidentally hid a track and I don't know who the artist is or the song to go to a playlists

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

As of now, there is no way to find out your hidden items. When you hide an item in the mobile app, there is a short window of time where you can undo your action. If you have that hidden item added to any playlist, you can check it out as well. If that item is greyed out in the playlist with a minus icon next to it, you can press it to unhide it.

If you have an idea though, feel free to suggest it in the ideas board.
