Like button changing places

My Question or Issue

I’ve noticed that my like button keeps changing places. What I mean is that sometimes its on the bottom left, next to the Previous button. It replaces the Shuffle button. At other times, its on the bottom right next to the song name. It’s not a huge issue, but it’s annoying and I’ve never seen anyone else have this problem.

This is an expected behaviour. If your playing songs are from your suggestions because of the autoplay option being on, then it will show you the save button and the hide item button. If you play your daily mixes, the same behaviour is there.

The idea is that when your recommendations are playing either from the made for you playlists or autoplay, you have an option to save it or hide it. If you hide it, it affects your future suggestions which is the same for the save button. 

 It helps curate your recommendations in a bit more personal way. You can save an item to let Spotify know that you would like to see more of that.
