Could you try to log out > restart your phone > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you? 

It is also a good idea to clear cached files following this steps and check your battery saving features.

In case the issue persists, it'd be great if you can ask a friend or a family member to log in on your device and test this out to see if they get the same issue.
