La carpeta de archivos locales no aparece en biblioteca

A pesar de tener todos los permisos activados y descargar la música para la carpeta de archivos sigue sin aparecer la carpeta en la biblioteca de spotify

My Question or Issue

No se como solucionar este problema, probé todas las formas que explican en los foros pero sigue sin aparecer mi carpeta con la música, la música esta descargada en mp4, tengo todos los permisos autorizados para spotify, la opción de mostrar archivos locales en configuración de spotify también está activada y sigo sin poder solucionarlo

Si, están en la carpeta de spotify pero ya de por si en la aplicación no me aparece la opción para entrar a mi carpeta de archivos locales, no entiendo porque

Thanks for the clarification!

Can you try converting the files in a different format - mp3 for example, and trying again? You can then follow the steps in the thread @Luan sent, especially the Tips section if you can't find the Local Files playlist in the app.
