Since the past week I have been having a lot of lag while scrolling in my playlist on Spotify.
is it a known bug? Or is it my phone

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Do you notice this behavior in any other app or just Spotify? If that's the case I'd suggest trying to use iTunes/Finder to reinstall iOS for your device to see if helps without doing a full reset.
Also, is background app refresh on for Spotify? You can check more here about that.
Just to make sure, the issue happening on your burner account, was it on this same playlist or another one?
