Liked Songs playlist not playing?

Hi I don't see an option to post in the Ongoing Issues section for some reason so I'm posting this here. The last week or two now I've had this issue on both my phone and Xbox where my Liked Songs playlist will not play at all. Even when I click Shuffle Play it will instead play a completely different playlist altogether. I've tried logging out of both versions, making sure they are both fully updated and even tried reinstalling both of them and none of these options has fixed the issue. Its extremely frustrating and driving me crazy, does anyone know how to fix this issue?
