My Question or Issue

I lived in Montenegro where I created Liked songs playlist on Free account. When I moved to Serbia this playlist was available only two weeks and then was emptied. I have read that with Premium account I can listen my Liked songs everywhere. So I upgraded my account to the Premium one. Nevertheless the playlist have not recovered with more than 3000 songs lost. How can I recover them?

Hey @AldaC 

 

Did you get email receipts from your subscription purchase? Search for it in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you paid for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

If you're not seeing your previous Liked playlist, it probably means you're paying a different account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
