Lost songs due to change saved to liked songs.

My Question or Issue

When spotify removed the saved songs tab (general library) to the liked songs playlist, I lost a lot of songs! I had around 8,000 songs saved, and the playlist only show around 1,000 liked. Can I somehow retrieve them back??

Thanks posting here in the Community! We'll gladly shed some light on the situation.

In the previous version of your music library, when you liked an album, all of it's song we're automatically marked as liked songs. With the new Your Library that's no longer the case and albums get saved only under the Albums tab. It's possible that the songs you're missing are actually from liked albums that should be saved there. To find out more on how the new Your Library functions, you can visit this page. 

If you can't find them it's possible that you have another account. This Spotify Answer can help you check if that's the case.
