Under artist in my library I don't have any of my saved songs by that artist.  From my search is looks like this was supposed to be fixed or changed back but not the case.  My apps are updated but still have nothing under artist unless I follow the artist.

As stated this is the case on windows and my Samsung galaxy s9.

We're sorry for the confusion.

 

This is expected behavior. If you want to see the tracks both in Liked Songs and when you're navigating to the Artist in your Library you need to follow the artist.
