My Question or Issue

¡Buenas tardes! Mi consulta es sobre un problema que he tenido recientemente: he cambiado mi dispositivo móvil y al iniciar sesión mis canciones favoritas han desaparecido de mis listas de reproducción. No obstante, aún puedo verlas en el reproductor web.

Quisiera saber si hay forma de recuperarlas o a qué se debe esto.

thanks for reaching out to the community !

I would recommend visiting your account overview page, scroll down and click on "Sign Out Everywhere".

This will log you out of all your devices and will "shake things up" when you log back in.

Thanks to you for answering.

I have logged out everywhere and logged back in, but everything remains the same. I guess I'll have to bookmark my songs one by one. It's weird but this is the first time this has happened to me on the mobile app.
