My Question or Issue

There is no way for me to access my saved Radios from my playlists. I always need to manually search for them.

From the Microsoft store application screenshots I can see that a "Radio" button is present in the side menu, but even after resetting and reinstalling Spotify it doesn't appear.
It there a way to quickly access my saved radios?

Hi @Simlt,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

We've checked this from our end and can confirm that we don't have it as well.

It would be great if you can let us know where you have seen the screenshot you are referring to and provide us a screenshot of it if it's possible?

In the meantime we suggest that you create a folder for radios in there.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

Thank you for your support. I'll do what you suggested.

I discovered that my issue was because I thought I couldn't add "Armin van Buuren ASOT Radio" to the playlists folder but it turned out that the "Radio" that I was trying to add actually was an Artist profile, so it it would make much more sense now that I could not add an artist to a playlist.

Here's the italian screenshot on the Microsoft Store for reference.

Hey there @Simlt,

Thanks for keeping us posted on what has happened. Yeah, when you create a radio station based on an artist you should be able to add it to a folder as you would a normal playlist.

And regarding the screenshot, this is from an older version of the app that is no longer available, which explains the inconsistencies.

We're here for you if any further questions arise.

Thanks for understanding!
