Just to be sure, could you check if you're logged in on the right account on the mobile device? Here is how to check for the existence of multiple accounts.

If that's not the case and you're in the right account, it's important to check if the same experience occurs with a different mobile device using your account. Also check with a different account on both the mobile device and the desktop app. Do you see the liked songs now?
