No shuffle button on side of big green play button on playlist

My Question or Issue

There is not a shuffle button displayed next to the big green play button on my playlist, which means that i can not start playing the playlist with a random song from it. It is showing on the other user of the duo subscription’s app, but not on mine.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! We hope you don't mind us moving your post, as it fits better here.

Just to check, does this happen with a specific playlist, or with all playlists? If you start playback using the green Play button, are you able to switch on Shuffle when opening the Now Playing View?

Also, does the same thing happen if you try clearing saved cache from the app?

Should the issue persist, it would also be helpful if you could let us know what Spotify version you're currently running.
