(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue: I have been selecting “liked” music for 2 hours, when I suddenly stopped receiving audio through my Sony wireless earphones. The earphones  are connected to bluetooth and both blue tooth and the earphones continue to function as normal with others apps such as Netflix and Tidal.  The Spotify app indicates it id downloading 2500 of 2700 items, although I have been selecting to “like” items rather than attempting to download them in order not to overload the system.  Any suggestions? Sam Gray

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Let's try a clean reinstall of the app as described here. This'll solve the issue with the downloads. If it doesn't solve the issue with the Bluetooth headphones, try unpairing and pairing them again.

Thanks for reaching out!

Just to make sure we cover all bases, could you give the steps under Not working? on this page a shot? It's possible that they will help in your case.

 

Shouldn't that do the trick, could you send us some more info on what's happening from your end? Are you able to play music when not connected to Bluetooth headphones?

Also, does this only happen with a specific device, or with all devices that you use Spotify on?

I have repaired, restarted both buds and phone amd bluetooth with no luck. It shows connected but nothing plays. All other apps play through buds
