Offline Music isn't playable

Downloaded isn't accessible at all when on offline mode

My Question or Issue

I've tried clearing the cache plenty of time but it didn't work out and i also to tried reinstalling the app from the new but still i won't able to listen the music on offline mode it isn't working at all

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Have you turned the offline mode of the app on? Here is how to do it. You have to turn it on every time you want to listen to the downloaded content.
