My Question or Issue

Dear Spotify-Friends,

since some time (about 2 weeks) my "Your Mixtape 1" Playlist is missing. I usually got all of them in one folder, that's why I noticed it pretty fast. I tried to find it on "Music for you" in the home area and by searching it manually. I only find 2 to 6. I am not sure if this is a new update. Would be nice if I get some information about that. My Screenshot shows the result of the search.

Could you let us know if you're able to find the Daily Mix 1 by going to Search> Made for You> scrolling down? If not, could you let us know if the issue persists after running a clean reinstall on your device? This step lets you start afresh with the latest app version by removing any corrupted files from previous installations.

If not, could you let us know if the issue persists after running a clean reinstall on your device? This step lets you start afresh with the latest app version by removing any corrupted files from previous installations.

Hey Mihail,

it is not showing on any device. I deinstalled the app on my smartphone and I still cant see it on my other devices (only downloaded the playlist on my smartphone).

 

If I am showing more results (on a different device now) it does not show it either:

App on Windows 10 - (1.1.61.583.gad060c66-a; see screenshots)

First picture : Shows the result after I hit enter on the search on version above.

Second picture : Shows the results of the showed category "playlists" on version above.
 

Firefox on the WebApp (version from 01.07.2021; see screenshot)

Third picture : Shows the results of the showed category "playlists" in the WebApp on version above.

 

To clarify "Dein Mixtape X" is German for "Your Mixtape X".

Thanks for trying and for sending those screenshots.

 

Just to confirm, did you try heading to Search > scrolling down > clicking on the Made for You tab? You don't need to type anything on the search bar.
