My Question or Issue

There has been multiple time my account has been hacked and i changed my password everytime. Someone played music from a playlist on my account and ever since then, this random playlist is stuck on my home screen under recently played at the top on my PC app and web player, but not mobile app. It's been about a month since it happened and i cant remove it and it wont disappear on its own either.

Is there a way to get rid of it?

(Regarding the attached image:

The playlist at the top is the one that this person listened from. The 3 playlists below that are mine. As you can see, my playlists are quite far down, just because this one random playlist.)

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to the Spotify Community. Spotify currently does not have an option to remove your currently played song/artist/playlist from your home profile. But if you would like that feature you can put your ideas up on the "idea submissions page". Secondly, I would suggest you change your password again, then right after you have changed your password, log out to all devices from your Spotify account, then log back in. That should help you not seeing that playlist again. Hope this helps!

I know it has been a while...
im not sure exactly when, but that playlist that has been stuck is finally gone, now there are things that I actually clicked on
