Playlist that I made disappeared

I was using the web browser to play music and organized all of my music into folders and folders within folders. I tried playing music on my phone, but the folders were all disorganized with the wrong playlist. So I removed the playlist from the folder before deleting it and deleted all of the folders. I check my phone and it has folders that I deleted still on my phone and half of my playlist gone. But it shows all of my playlist on the web browser. Please help. It really irritates me.
