Playlists automatically playing when clicked on

My Question or Issue

Spotify on PC automatically plays a playlist when I click on one. This interrupts the current song I am listening to. For example, I am listening to a song in my "Liked Songs" and click (not double click) my "2020" playlist and the song I was listening to cuts to the first song on that playlist. I've restarted my device and completely uninstalled/reinstalled Spotify to no avail.

UPDATE: It seems like there's a problem with my mouse where it double clicks on a single click...sorry!
