I have 4 playlists all set to public and displayed on my profile, and i can see them when i look at my profile, but when anyone else looks at my profile they can only see 3 of them with my main playlist not showing up. I have tried all of the fixes listed in other posts and am 100% sure that the playlist is public and should be on my profile. Im not sure if this could be a contributing factor but the playlist has 549 songs and i use the spotify windows app, web player and android app.
Hey there @gmoe,
I checked your profile and I couldn't find that first playlist either. Is it possible that the system detected something unusual about it and made it private automatically? Check your inbox for any recent emails from Spotify you may have received as there may be something in there which could give a bit more insight on the matter.
If the issue persists, it's worth making a new playlist and copying the contents of the old one into it. After that you can add it to your profile and share it with your friends again so they can give it a follow.
The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.
Cheers!
This problem seems interesting. Like @Yordan, I don't see that first playlist.
It doesn't make sense that it would somehow be private, but on your profile. The add to profile button in the playlist context menu doesn't even show up if the playlist is not made public.
Could you provide a link to this playlist, so we can see if we can even access this playlist?
Found the issue.
I genuinely have 0 clue what I did wrong but whatever, I'm guessing I just have to deal with and it's something I can't pushback against? Cause to my knowledge I didn't do anything wrong
I have a playlist that is said to be "added to my profile" however, many of my friends have said it isn't showing up for them. I have privated the playlist and then made it public and added it to my profile once more but that still doesnt help. i've attempted to do this on both ios and windows desktop. i have a free spotify plan and i havent seen anyone complain about this so far. is there anything that can help?
I'm not sure if you can push back against it or not. You could try getting in contact with Spotify support directly.
(This problem sounds like another large media platform cough cough YouTube cough)
So I got an email stating that I violated policy, and my playlist isn't able to be publicized anymore. I'm not sure what I did; the playlist is big, and It's hard to understand what few songs may have done so. I've looked through the terms and conditions, and the only thing I may have violated is using that playlist in a song downloader and converting it to my mp3 player, but I'm not sure if that did it either. I need an official member from Spotify to help me figure out what happened.
Same thing happened with me and I wanna be able to publicize it again

My Question or Issue
so i can't find my Spotify playlist on a another account and can't share my playlist as well. but it's public and on my profile and i cant find it even there i don't know how to solve this issue.
Can anyone help me with this?
I am a Spotify Artist and I got an e-mail yesterday saying Spotify has removed the ability for one or more of my playlists to be public due to 'unauthorised use' with regards to the Terms and Conditions (attaching screen shot)
The e-mail itself does not give any further information. I've tried chatting with Support but they said they don't have any more information and I should follow what the e-mail says.
I have no idea what triggered this. The playlist in question has a good number of followers and I have not done anything new/different since it was made a while ago.
Have any of you had this situation? If so, how do I fix it? Support does not seem to know what to do. Help please.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with your Spotify playlist. It's indeed frustrating when you receive a notice without clear information. Here are a few steps you can consider to address the situation:
Review the Terms and Conditions: Take a closer look at Spotify's Terms and Conditions, especially those related to playlist creation and sharing. Make sure that your playlist complies with Spotify's guidelines to avoid any potential violations.
Check for Unauthorized Use: Review the content within your playlist to ensure that there are no copyrighted materials or other content that could be considered unauthorized use. If you've included content that doesn't adhere to Spotify's guidelines, it might be the cause of the issue.
Reach Out to Spotify Support Again: While you've already contacted Spotify support, it might be worth trying again. Explain your situation in detail and ask for specific information regarding the "unauthorized use" to pinpoint the issue.
Appeal or Clarification Process: In some cases, platforms provide an appeal process. Check if Spotify offers a way to appeal or seek clarification on the decision. This could involve submitting additional information to prove that your playlist complies with their terms.
Review Recent Changes: Even if you haven't made recent changes to the playlist, check if any recent updates to Spotify's policies or terms could be relevant to your playlist. It's possible that new guidelines were implemented, and your playlist was flagged accordingly.
Consider Legal Advice: If the issue persists and you believe that your playlist adheres to Spotify's terms, you may want to seek legal advice. There could be underlying reasons that aren't immediately apparent.
Always ensure that your actions on the platform align with Spotify's terms and conditions. If you can't find a resolution through direct communication with Spotify support, you may need to explore other avenues to address the situation.

My Question or Issue
I have created a playlist for my work and shared it to my coworkers so they can play it while they manage. It has always worked and many of them have saved it to their account. It shows up on my end but none of theirs. I am also unable to make a Spotify Code for it; however, it will create a link that takes them to an empty page. For the time being I have created a temporary playlist, but I would like for them all to see it again because they all have it saved. The playlist is titled “Music for the Recreation Swim” and the link is: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5ocwHcBdoaj5OyDkxd41fi?si=2L_vqTWaR6agG4SAj5CGlw&pi=u-BfNfvCvvQfOq
Here are some screenshots regarding my problem.
