My Question or Issue

It has been like this for verry long so have have used another app but now I'm tired of it. 

When I can follow podcasts and listen to them but they won't show in library. I can't see anything. It just said that something went wrong as you can see in the screenshot. It's in Swedish but you get the idea. I have re installed Spotify and restarted my device many times. What can it be?

Thank you for your post and for the screenshots you've provided. We're happy to help.

 

In this case we wanted to double check if you have performed a clean reinstall of the app instead of a regular one. This will ensure that any old cached files are not causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick - try with another internet connection and let us know how it goes.

 

Also - does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

Hello Spotify Team,

since approx. 2 months I can't access the podcasts in my library. The screen only displays 'Something went wrong'. This concerns the following sections of the Podcast library: Downloads and Shows I follow.

I already did a clean reinstall of the app several times and on all devices mentioned above.

Spotify version is 8.5.81.991.

l also cannot access the podcast library in the desktop app on my computer.

Thanks for reaching out about this.

 

Since you've said that the Podcast section is not loading on both your mobile and desktop devices it might be a connection or account related issue.

 

Could you try restarting your router? Also, check whether podcasts load when you're using Mobile data only.

 

If after trying a different network the Podcast section is still not loading, try creating a new test account and see whether it works on that one. If that's the case, you might consider transferring your music collection over to the new account. You can have a look at this guide for more info on that.
