Popup "action" messages in Android GUI interface

My Question or Issue

• I am constantly frustrated by these "popup" messages within the app that confirm things like after I have added a song to a play list. I call them "action popups" but I don't know if that is their correct name.

They appear at the bottom of the interface but above a "now playing" song.

They lay over important buttons like when you want to complete adding a song to multiple play lists.

These popups remain on screen for sometimes what feels.like up to 10 seconds and you can't delete or remove them (unless you change screen orientation which makes them disappear).

Why do they exist and can I get rid of them or have them appear at the top of the app? They are painful and really impact use of the app
