Problems updating playlist cover art for app on MAC

Problems updating playlist cover art for app on MAC

My Question or Issue

If I switch profiles I can update the playlist cover art on one account, however, when logging out and switching to another account I cannot update any cover art. The only difference is one account is a few weeks old versus the newly created account. 

Any ideas? Yes, I have logged out, uninstall and reinstall, cleared caches, etc etc.

We can see that one of the accounts you're using is currently part of a test Spotify is running.

 

We're always testing new things in order to improve the user experience and gather feedback on different features, you can learn more about that here

 

Right now, it's not possible to opt-out of this but if your not happy with the new experience we'd recommend adding a +VOTE here to show your support for the idea of a toggle between the versions.

That's highly problematic, as you can tell this is for a university and we would love to brand the cover art to tell a story about our university, is there a timetable for this toggling between views?

We don't have currently any updates to pass on about the status of this idea.

 

We'd suggest making sure to subscribe to it though, so you can stay up to speed with any updates we have to pass on. To do so, you can click the three dot option menu and select Subscribe.

 

In any case, rest assured that we're passing on the relevant feedback to the right teams so we really appreciate you sharing your thoughts here in the Community.
