I have this problem but the playlist is downloaded on my phone and I don't want to re-download the playlist since I don't have internet is there any solutions?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

We understand you're having issues with your playlists, but we'd like to get more info about it first. Does this happen with one particular playlist or all of them? Also, does it happen only when you're offline? Or do you have the same issue when connected to the internet? Would you mind sending a screenshot of how the playlist looks once you open it?

 

Something important to take into account is that you must go online at least once in 30 days. So if you haven't connected to the internet in a while, that might have something to do with it.

 

Lastly, let us know the make, model, and OS version of the device you're using. And if possible, check if you can access the playlist/playlists from a different device or the Web Player.
