Shuffle no longer available

My Question or Issue

The Spotify app no longer allows me to shuffle any of my playlists from the playlist page. I have to start with the first song every single time and then go into the page for the song and set up shuffle that way. This is extremely annoying and has made me not want to use Spotify for music streaming purposes.

Just to confirm, are you not seeing the Shuffle button at all or is it not doing anything when you press it?

We'd first suggest making sure your subscription is still active, and if it is, you can try performing a clean reinstall of the app to see if that makes any change. 

In case it still doesn't work, let us know the exact Spotify version currently running on your phone.
