Some of my songs WONT PLAY, despite being connected to Spotify and being download.   I need HELP to figure this issue out.

Can you let us know what device this is happening on? It would be helpful if you include your OS version and Spotify version as well. 

Also, let us know if the songs appear grayed out or just won't play.
