Songs not appearing in new playlist

Songs not appearing in new playlist

I have created a new playlist in the Spotify App on my Desktop computer and added songs to it.
However, when I open Spotify on my Android phone, I can see the playlist, but there are no songs in it.
Similarly, when I open the app or web version on my Chromebook, the playlist is there, but no songs in it.
I have also logged into the web player on the same desktop that the app is installed on and there are no songs showing in the playlist there either.
I have a Premium account.
I have tried logging out and back in again, restarted the various devices and have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but still no songs showing outside of the app on the desktop.
How can I get the songs to appear in the playlist?

Thanks for posting on the Community!
Does the playlist contain online songs, uploaded to Spotify, or have you by any chance uploaded local files to it?

Local files will only show up on the device they are physically present on. They will not sync across platforms and may be the cause for what you're describing here 🙂

I have the same problem
in my app playlist are ok,
when i enter my account on webapp all the playlist are empty!

to answer @vasil of course i'm not talking about local files!!!

Could you send us a link to the playlist so we can have a look at it? This'll help a lot.

 

Also post screenshots of how the playlist looks on your end.
