My Question or Issue

I was looking at my past Spotify Wrapped playlists yesterday and noticed my wrapped playlist for 2020 is missing. Instead, I saw a playlist with an error saying it had been removed, and the only option it gave me was to remove it. Today, I tried searching and found my 2019 playlist, which was also missing, but the 2020 playlist would not show up. All the other wrapped playlists showed up in the search, too. How can I get the 2020 playlist back?

Hey @netterman,

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please log out and back into the app twice to see if that makes any difference?

Also, did you check if the issue persists on all of your devices? If not, please do 🙂

Let me know how it goes.

I logged in and out twice, and no change. When I type the playlist's name into the search bar, it doesn't come up. Your Top Songs 2020 is still missing. Also, yes, I checked on both my Android phone and my PC, both in the app and in the browser.

Hey @netterman,

Thanks for letting me know.

I've made sure that this issue gets forwarded to the right team at Spotify, but I don't have any info on when it will be resolved.

Thanks again! 🙂
