Spotify adding every song I listen to to one of my playlists

Hey, yesterday I noticed that spotify adds almost every song I listen to to one of my playlists without me doing anything.

I've already tried clearing my appdata on my PC and it didn't work, what else can I do to fix this?

You mention that songs are added automatically to your playlist. Just to confirm, does this only happen when using or streaming from the desktop app?

It'd be also helpful if you could add some additional information for example the exact version of the app you're on or if the URI of the playlist that content is automatically added on so we can take a closer look.
