Spotify plays music at random 1-5 minute intervals from playlists I've never heard of

My Question or Issue

It is impossible to play music on spotify because after a minute or so of playing my music it randomly skips to the playlist some random person I don't know, playing music I don't know. It also changes my listening mode to shuffle. The music isn't queued, it happens on all devices, and I've tried logging in and out, blocking all of the music in that random playlist that keeps playing.
