Spotify wrapped stops tracking plays during November & December?

My Question or Issue

Previous Spotify wrapped excluded November and December plays for the sake of the playlists being generated and delivered during those months. I have several questions regarding this:

1. Is this happening again for Spotify wrapped 2023?
2. Is it going to keep happening for the foreseeable future or is a solution being planned/implemented?
3. Creating these playlists seems rather trivial and light on the systems, considering many other playlists can already be autogenerate to millions of users. What makes it so difficult to do this (generate) for user's wrapped playlists in the final week of December?
4. If solution '3' is not feasible, why not just continue tracking November onwards for the 2024 wrapped (yes technically it becomes then Winter 2023 + 2024, but I would be okay with this)?

Thanks for letting me know! Will it include all the way up to late December or is this too detailed information? I would just like to know since I like to save songs when I know they won't end up in my wrapped due to this technicality.
