Streams on songs aren't updating

My Question or Issue

The streams on songs aren't updating. One independent artist I follow has shown that she has over 50,000 streams on one of her songs but mine is showing 26,538 and has been stationary or increasing very slowly for the last 3 or 4 days.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times on both my phone and laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 320s - Windows 10) and I have used the online Web player and that is the same.
