Hi @22xzuctem5atoglkgni4 and @JulioRomero666!

Sounds like you're experiencing this ongoing issue we're currently investigating. If you use an SD-card, try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the Spotify app.
  2. Remove your SD card from your phone, then restart your device.
  3. Download and install Spotify again.

In case the issue persists, make sure to check out the aforementioned thread as we'll be posting updates there as soon as we have them.

Hey there @22xzuctem5atoglkgni4

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community!

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and phone.

If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

If the issue persists afterwards, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?

We'll be on the lookout.

Hello! Thank you very much for the information, for now I have already done everything necessary and everything you mention in your answer, I uninstalled the application, I cleared the cache, I restarted my device several times, if it helps to mention my device was updated on the 25th of August , I have even created a new spotify account to see that the problem disappears but there has been no positive sign yet, I don't know if there is any other solution for this, thank you very much with all my heart  💖

Hi @22xzuctem5atoglkgni4

Thanks for getting back to us.

Would you mind letting us know if the same happens when you log in to you account on a different device?

On another note, could you make sure that Spotify has all necessary permissions enabled?

  1. Open your Settings menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom to find Spotify and open the app settings.
  3. Enable everything you see.

It's also a good idea to exclude the app from any Battery optimization software that might be active on your smartphone.

Let us know how it goes.

Hola, eh tenido el mismo problema desde hace 2 días, eh borrado la aplicación, reinicie el sistema, cerré la aplicación y abrí en otro pero sigue sin mostrar las canciones o playlist

Hello, thanks for the reply back, I have logged in on a different mobile device and this time there was no problem, I want to make sure that the device is a Samsung Galaxy S4, after that I tried to access my account on my usual device and it still doesn't work, I attach 2 photos, sorry for the poor quality of the photos
