My Question or Issue

My account was HACKED for a couple of days during the Spring by someone who only played two songs but played each almost 150 times. The artists have quite a small following, so I suspect someone was trying to boost the play counts of those artists. Now, from being hacked, my top two on my year-end list that I'm supposed to be "thrilled" about and celebrate are instead a reminder of being violated. There has got to be a way to delete them from my list of what's been played this year and regenerate. This sucks for what was supposed to be special.

Hi there @Westermats,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

We're sorry to hear that happened.

We’re unable to update your stats or playlists since it’s based on your account’s listening history. Rest assured, we'll make sure to pass your thoughts on to the right folks as we're working on improving the experience for next year.

If you need a hand with anything else, give us a shout.

Take care!
