Transfer Spotify playlists and podcasts to new phone

Transfer Spotify playlists and podcasts to new phone

When I transferred data from my Motorola One 5G UW to my Samsung Galaxy 23+, not everything transferred in my Spotify account. I can't find any answers to how to fix this issue.

Heya, if some of your Spotify data didn't transfer over when you switched to a new device, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure you're using the same account on your new device as you were on your old device. If you created a new account or used a different email address, your data won't transfer over.

  2. Check that you're logged in to the correct account on both devices. Sometimes people have multiple accounts and accidentally sign in to the wrong one on their new device.

  3. Try logging out and back in to your Spotify account on both devices. This can sometimes force a refresh and make missing data appear.

  4. If you still can't find your missing data, contact Spotify support for help. They may be able to assist you in recovering any lost data.

To contact Spotify support, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Spotify website and log in to your account.
  2. Click on the "Help" option in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Click on "Contact us" at the bottom of the page.
  4. Choose the category that best fits your issue and follow the prompts to get in touch with a support representative.

So yeah I hope that gets you closer to a solution,
