Hey @Bengoodfella,

Thanks for getting back to us.

It seems the error is caused by the podcast being no longer available on Spotify. If it's not showing in the web player, then running a clean reinstall of the app would be the best option. If that doesn't help, you might need to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.

We hope this helps.

Thank you! That worked this time. I was unsure why it didn’t the first time I deleted it and reinstalled it but everything is good now.

Hi there @vryan18,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let's take a closer look into this together 🙂

So start with, can you provide us a recording so that we can have a closer look directly from your end?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Cheers!

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

I am also having this issue. When you refer to a recording, do you mean a screenshot of it?

Hey @Bengoodfella,

Thanks for reaching out.

A short recording of what happens when you try to unfollow the podcast would be very helpful. Also, can you please send us a link to the podcast and let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

Keep us posted.

The podcast is DISCovery with Eric Senich. Below is what the pod looks like in my library and then when I click on it, the message I receive. I have tried to delete the pod on my iOS device and receive the same message as well. There is no option to unfollow on either device. I did use the web version of Spotify and it appears the podcast does not show there, so I thought it may be an issue with my cache. So I deleted my Spotify cache on my iOS, rebooted my device and then logged-back in but that did not work. I logged out and logged-in on Spotify on my laptop and that did not work either. I am trying to avoid the "nuclear option" of uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, as my understanding is this will cause my downloads to disappear. Hopefully that can happen. Thank you!
