My Question or Issue

The song (song) that was available recently isn't playable right now, but author says:
"We checked, everyone's playing. Try to delete and add again."

I tried using different devices, another account but song is still unplayable in my country

I am from Belarus and I have the same thing. Absolutely all the liked songs and the album do not play. This issue appeared about 6 hours ago. I tried from another account, but there is the same problem. And in the song I like, which I can listen to, I cannot translate the slider to the moment that I want

Thanks for trying those steps. 

Does the song appear to be grayed out? Can you also provide me with a screenshot and screen recording of what you're seeing when you try to play the song?

Last thing is, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps . The app will get a refresh, just in case.

I took a closer look, and it seems like this song isn't available in your area at the moment.


There is some more information on missing content and unavailable music and podcasts.
