Very specific set of local files not loading

My Question or Issue

So, this is quite a strange issue I have come across. I listen to a lot of music that either isn't uploaded to Spotify, or used to be uploaded but was removed for some reason. Today, I looked through my playlist that contains local file imports, and some of them weren't allowing me to play them. I noticed that the ones that were greyed out all had some Japanese characters in them, but the english titled songs were still there. Is there any sort of solution to this?  I checked my files and all of them are downloaded in there somewhere. Below is an image of the issue.
