Web Player lets me add a song repeatedly

My Question or Issue

I've just realised that I can add songs repeatedly into a playlist I use at the moment, which isn't possible using the iOS app but is using the web app.  

Firstly, is there somewhere I should report this and secondly is there a way that I can remove all the duplicates easily?

Yes this seems to be the side effect of the new Plus symbol system and how things are added to liked and playlists. You can add anything many many times and it doesn't warn you.
