Hey @2n0m1c1,

Welcome to the Community!

To get a better understanding of the situation, it'd be great if you could give us some more details or even send over a screenshot or two so we can take a look at how the app looks like from your end. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor (make sure not to send any private info).

If you're hearing songs that aren't on your playlist, it's possible that you've enabled the Smart Shuffle function that keeps your listening sessions fresh by mixing in recommendations that match the vibe. You can read more in this article and also see the steps on how to disable the function.

Hope to hear from you soon 🙂

No. Smart shuffle is NOT turned on. In fact, No shuffle of any kind is turned on. I am paying for the premium subscription and I would REALLY like this **bleep** to stop interrupting my carefully designed (for sleep) playlist.

I am not using the app. I am using the website on a chromebook with the latest updates.

Hi @2n0m1c1,

Thanks for the reply. Could you check if autoplay is turned on? If it is, disable it. If both autoplay and Smart Shuffle are off, but external songs still get played, could you send us a screen recording of this behaviour, so we can investigate this further? If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

Keep us posted.
