Why can't I remove items from Recently Played

I have been a premium member for a while and I distinctly remember there being a way to remove items from the Recently Played list. All the forum post on this are over 5 years old. Where did they move the option to clear Recently Played?

Hey @DrSyck, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

There is no way to remove the recently played list or delete items from it. This list updates automatically based on your listening activity. Keep listening to the content you like and it will update over time. It is possible to clear the queue, but not Recently Played.
