Why do local files songs only play on mobile spotify when desktop app is open?

I have two songs saved in my local files folder. One of the songs can be played on my mobile spotify, but the other can only be played when I have the desktop app open. Is there a way I can fix this? I've already tried creating a new folder but it didn't work.

Hmm, that's strange.

Both of the devices are connected with the same Wi-Fi right?

If not, this could be the cause of the problem. They both need to be connected with the same network. ^^
