Why does my Spotify not letting me listen to music

When I open Spotify and go to my playlist it comes up with a list of example songs (plays it for like 8secs) how do I listen to the whole song it never use to do this

There's this thread where users have mentioned their app crashing randomly on Windows. Are you reporting a different matter or experiencing the same?

There are also song previews on the mobile app where you can play a track for a couple of seconds to see if you can add it to a playlist, can you confirm whether or not it is the issue.

I guess in either case, we'll need more info; device make/model/OS and the version of the app currently running.
