My Question or Issue

My app will suddenly not scroll down my playlists, it only goes down 20% and then stops as if it was at the bottom. However I can push «next» and play songs down the list, but if I exit the «now playing» window, I am back at the same song it stopped at when first scrolling.

What to do? Must be some software hangup?

Hi Primero,

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

I was wondering if you’ve tried re-installing the Spotify app on your mobile device? Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations, however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed.

If you’ve tried re-installing the Spotify app and you’re still having this issue, I would recommend trying a clean reinstall.

Let us know how it goes!

Tried to reinstall but it did not help.

The only thing left to do is to set the apple tv back to factory settings, but I’d rather not wipe it....

And another matter; why doesnt the Apple-TV app have the same functions as the other ones? Thinking of flipping playlists with latest added on top, recommended songs, etc.

Do you know how to delete data and cache? You might wanna try that.

No, unfortunately not. When deleting the app it warns that everything related to the app will also be deleted, but it appears something is still in the system.

For example, my recently listened to still comes up...
