Make sure your Spotify and your devices’ software are up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices’ manufacturers for how to update the version software. Also, could you try a clean reinstallation of the app on your device?

I know that can sound extremely, but could you consider to reset your TV to factory settings? AI've found some threads like yours that were solved through this step.
