can't open "your library" it's just saying "someting went wrong. But it is only my profile. When my friend logs on, it works

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

Make sure your Spotify and your devices’ software are up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices’ manufacturers for how to update the version software. Also, could you try a clean reinstallation of the app on your device? 

 

After that, check the problem persists and keep me posted about your case.

all my systems are up to date. I always run the latest version

But, have you tried a clean reinstallation of the app on your device? Just to check if we can solve the issue through this way...

I know that can sound extremely, but could you consider to reset your TV to factory settings? AI've found some threads like yours that were solved through this step.

Hey again! Is there the possibility that you try to log in on your TV app using another account? Just to check if the problem is with your account or the app...

Try it and let me know how it works.

i have tried, and it works with others account.

So, I suggest that you contact the Customer Support to get help on it. 


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
