delete offline playlist in other devices

delete offline playlist in other devices

I get this message "Device limit reached" when I want to download music om new devices
I would like to delete the downloads from all the other devices, and many of then could be older ones so I might not have access to them anymore ( maybe not working, lost, sold, uninstalled OS... you get the idea )
Does the "close sesion in all devices" option help to achieve this?

Thanks in advance for your help , and I wait for an answer soon anser!

Hi there @gruningzen,

Welcome to the Community!

We can't remove your older offline devices manually from our end, but here is what you can do:

  • start Spotify on a device which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings> Storage.
  • start Spotify on a device which no longer needs the downloaded content and manually remove all the downloaded offline content from the device storage.
  • wait until the offline license expires on a device which they no longer use.
Note: A device can stay offline for a maximum of 30 days, then all offline content will be disabled and the license will be revoked. Once license has been revoked, you can download offline music on another device.

Hope this helps 🙂
