Hi there, thanks for writing!

My first suggestion is that you make sure you have a proper internet connection (try it on Wi-Fi and 4/5G). Also, make sure you have enough space on your device. 

Don't forget that you can also only download songs on up to five devices. If you try to download on a sixth device, Spotify will automatically remove downloads from whichever of the other devices you use the least.

A clean reinstall might also help!
