Please bring back "Recently Played" bar to the iOS app. that was one of the most useful things in the app. please bring it back!

The issue with the Recently played that you're experiencing seems more like device related to us. With that being said, we would like you to try some steps.
First up, we'd recommend logging out and then logging back in two times in a row on your phone. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and your device.
If a family member has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.
In case the issue persists, try performing a clean reinstall of the app with as this should help you solve this. It'll also get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations.
