"Liked Songs" filter still not available for Mexico?

I'm on a paid personal plan in Mexico based on my residency and payment methods - just switched, and had to re-download all songs, etc. Also noticing my liked song filters (e.g., mood, genre) are now gone. I'm seeing threads from 3 years ago that the feature was considered beta and not available in Mexico. I can't imagine that almost 4 years later this basic sorting feature would still not be included in paid plans in other countries, but does anyone know if this is the definitive answer as to why this feature isn't appearing? I tried clearing cache and updating the app, and can continue to problem-solve, but if anyone knows if it definitely won't work, I'd love to know so as to skip these steps. For example, does anyone have an account in Mexico and IS able to access this feature? That would at least tell me if it's possible.

Also, does anyone have a link to a definitive problem-solving thread/article about this issue? Seems to have plagued the community for years and remains a constant bug, so not sure if there's something I'm missing.

The Genre & Mood filters feature is available to iOS and Android users in English markets, including: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. There's currently no official info in regard to when more countries will get included in this list but I'd keep an eye out for any new Newsroom updates.
